TOUR ITINERARY:

DAY 01: HANOI – HA LONG BAY – SURPRISING CAVE – TITOP ISLAND 1 DAY TOUR

07h00 – 7h15: Tourist Bus and Guide from Vietnam Travel 247 pick up guests at hotels in the Old Quarter and Opera House area. Depart for Ha Long, stop for 20 minutes in Hai Duong.

12:00 PM: Upon arrival at the international tourist port of Tuan Chau, the tour guide will assist you in boarding the boat to explore and discover the twice UNESCO-recognized World Natural Heritage Site – Ha Long Bay, with its geological, topographical, biodiversity, and aesthetic values…

12:30 PM: While the boat cruises through the limestone islands with their mysterious shapes, you can enjoy a delicious lunch on board. Here, you can admire and capture stunning photos.

At 3:00 PM, the boat stops at Titop Island for passengers to climb to the top of Titop Peak and admire the panoramic view of Ha Long Bay. Afterwards, the tour guide will take you to Hang Luon, where you can participate in kayaking or bamboo boat services to explore the caves in Ha Long Bay.

At 4:00 PM, visit Surprising Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay with countless stalactites and stalagmites in unique shapes.

At 6:00 PM, the boat docks and passengers return to Tuan Chau or Ha Long to check into their accommodations for rest.

In the evening, after dinner at the hotel, you have free time to relax and explore Tuan Chau Island or Ha Long City at night. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 02: HA LONG TOUR – QUANG HANH MINERAL HOT SPRING – HANOI 1 DAY

Morning: After breakfast, the vehicle and tour guide will take you to Cam Pha City, where we will visit the Quang Hanh Hot Spring – a resort complex with hot spring therapy that showcases Japanese style. Quang Hanh Hot Spring is a leading destination in Vietnam for its favorable terrain and natural mountainous landscape, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the fresh, majestic scenery. With a variety of mineral bathing services available, such as the outdoor bath (Public onsen), small villa with indoor bath (Private onsen), traditional Hinoki steam room, Himalayan salt room, and cold snow room, you will have the opportunity to experience many interesting and soul-soothing activities during your stay.
12:00 PM: The vehicle and tour guide will take the group back to the restaurant for lunch, and then you are free to rest.
1:00 PM: Guests will board the vehicle and depart back to Hanoi.
4:30-5:00 PM: Arrive back in Hanoi – the original pick-up point, where the tour guide and driver will say goodbye and arrange to meet you again, marking the end of the exciting 2-day, 1-night journey exploring Halong Bay – Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh Mineral Spring!

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES

– Transportation:

  + Modern cars with 7-16-29 seats, providing transportation according to the sightseeing itinerary.

  + Halong Bay cruise (1 route) according to the tour schedule.

– 3 main meals + 1 breakfast as per the program.

– Stay at a 3-star standard hotel or equivalent: stay with 02 or 03 guests/room (according to the standard of each room). In case you want to stay alone in one room, a single room surcharge will be applied.

– Entrance tickets to scenic spots according to the itinerary (one-time entry).

– Professional and dedicated tour guide, serving the group according to the tour program.

– Travel insurance with maximum liability 30 million VND/incident.

– Drinking water on the bus: 01 bottle of 500ml water/person/day.

TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

– Single room, drinks during meals and in the hotel, telephone, laundry, and personal expenses not mentioned in the inclusive section.

– Value Added Tax (VAT).

– Entrance fee to Quang Hanh Hot Spring Gate: 750,000 VND/person (applicable from Monday to Friday), 1,000,000 VND/person (applicable on Saturday and Sunday).

– Tipping for tour guides, drivers, and service staff.

– Standard for Vietnamese guests: 50,000 VND/person/1 day of the tour.

– Tipping policy for foreign guests: $5/person/1 day of the tour.

CHILDREN’S TOUR PRICE:

– Children aged 1-4 years old enjoy free services but need to pay an additional fee of 80,000 VND for occupying a seat on the boat (parents are responsible for all expenses related to the child, without occupying a seat on the bus). Only one free child is allowed per two adults, and from the second child onwards, they will be charged 50% (with half portion of meals and a separate seat on the bus).

Note: If 01 adult accompanies 01 child for free, the child must purchase 50% of the adult tour price (the child’s standard is 50% with half a meal and a separate seat on the car. Any additional costs for sightseeing tickets at family attractions are self-paid).

– Children from 5-8 years old and with a height <=120cm will be charged 75% of the price (including 1 meal and a separate seat on the car).

– Children from 09 years old or with a height >120cm will be charged the same price as adults.

Important note: For children of any age, if their height is >120cm, they will be charged as adults.

NOTE:

– The itinerary can be adjusted or changed to suit the conditions of each departure day or may be subject to changes depending on the weather in Halong Bay or the coordination of the Halong Bay Management Board. In some cases, there may be sudden departure bans due to strong winds or thunderstorms without prior notice to ensure the safety of all passengers. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation!

– Customers are only allowed to purchase travel insurance according to the tour when:

+ Book the tour at least 2 days before the departure date (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).

You must be a Vietnamese citizen.

– Please bring valid identification documents (ID card/Personal ID card/Passport) when participating in the tour. Children under 14 years old must bring their birth certificate at minimum. Children aged 14 and above are required to have an ID card or passport (especially for tours involving ships, trains, airplanes… or tours to border areas) for necessary procedures when requested by relevant authorities.

– Any unused services in the tour will not be refunded.

– The tour guide has the authority to rearrange the order of the sightseeing spots in the itinerary to suit the actual conditions of each specific departure day, while still ensuring all important points are covered in the program.

– In case you purchase items as souvenirs, please take note of the following issues:

– If you buy seafood, it must be packed tightly and cleanly in a sealed foam box. The driver has the right to refuse transportation if you bring seafood onto the vehicle without careful packaging.

Please do not bring any seafood on board. The driver has the right to refuse transportation of seafood if you have purchased too much and there is no space in the trunk.

– Customers are responsible for their own health and chronic conditions (such as cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint problems…), congenital diseases, hidden diseases, HIV AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, and pregnant women… These are not covered by insurance. When necessary, customers must provide a written commitment regarding their health conditions when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where customers fail to declare their illnesses or provide dishonest declarations, as well as cases that fall outside the scope of travel insurance within the tour.

– Customers must take responsibility for the safekeeping of their personal belongings at all times and in all places during the trip. The tour organization is not liable for any loss of money, valuable items, flight tickets, or personal belongings during the journey.
